
Viledon Air Filters
Viledon Air Filters are made of nonwoven fabric.
"Nonwoven fabric" is literally "fabric not woven." It combines the concepts of paper and felt with the cutting-edge technologies of organic chemistry and high polymer chemistry.
Its physical and chemical properties can be freely designed by combining synthetic fibers and a wide variety of other materials for different applications.
Viledon Air Filters are made of such flexible materials.

Filters for general reuse
Filters of general reuse are ideal as prefilters for outdoor air treatment and medium performance filters.
They can be reused several times after washing and are easy to reuse.
They are mainly used for panel-type filters. Among them, PS/600 N and PS/400 N can also be used for automatic winding-type air filter devices.

Filters for general disposable use
Non-reusable filters are ideal for outdoor air treatment.
FR-585 is especially suitable for automatic winding air filter devices in terms of running cost.
This filter is adhesive to improve the absorption performance, and it is effective against dust, etc.
FR-585 cut filters (500 x 500 mm, 610 x 610 mm) and others are also available for panel-type filters.
FR-585 doesn’t contain chlorinated substances, which are a major cause of dioxin emissions.

Filters for painting booth
Filters for painting booths reliably catch airborne particles, especially visible coarse particles (10 μm or more) and reduce paint defects.
The best filter medium for this purpose are PA/350HL and PA/305HL.
In particular, PA/350HL is adhesive and prevents dust from scattering in the air.
PA type doesn’t use chlorine substances, which are the main cause of dioxin emissions.

Heat-resistant filters for drying furnaces
Heat-resistant filters for drying furnaces efficiently filter tars, soot, and rust generated in a drying furnace, and prevent contamination of product surfaces while drying.
Because they are made of special synthetic fiber, they have sufficient durability even at a high temperature, and unlike glass fibers, their fibers don’t break or scatter when changing the filter medium, making it very easy to handle.
Use 2 layers of AI-100W for 180-240°C and AE-100 for 180°C and below.

Prefilters for special equipment/other
In addition to reduced pressure loss, the filters for special equipment feature large dust retention capacity and can be molded with resin or cut in zigzag.
They are ideal for maintenance of equipment such as long-life filters for individual air conditioning.

Long-life filters
This air filter has been improved from conventional filter media for panel-type air filters to save space and improve pressure loss, life and efficiency.
As the name suggests, it has a long life and the collection efficiency (weight method) ranges 20-97%.

Ultra-low pressure loss prefilters
Initial pressure loss of dust filters used in air handling units (AHU), multi-air conditioners for buildings, fan coils, etc., has reduced by 20%.

Auto roll/Electro roll/Mistroll filters
A nonwoven fabric air filter wound into a long roll is attached to the air conditioning equipment to collect dust on the filter medium surface.
It is an automatic winding-type device with a mechanism that automatically activates the drive unit to wind up the used filter medium and dispenses new filter medium.
In addition, since there are many different models, you can select the most suitable one according to the air volume to be processed and equipment design.
