Separator type

HEPA filters were originally used by the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission for a research project to remove radioactive dust.
They are now widely used not only in the nuclear power industry, but also in semiconductors, electronics, foods, pharmaceuticals, etc., and are indispensable for industries that require cleanliness.
Each filter is tested with 0.3 μm dust to ensure a dust collection efficiency of 99.97% or more.

Mini pleated type

One of the major structural features of [Micro Emilent® HEPA] is its strong, integrated structure consisting only of a filter medium attaching a tapered cross-section of the pleats without use of an aluminum separator.
This structure significantly reduces pressure loss and realizes high-dimensional filtration performance to meet the needs for high-dimensional air cleaning such as for clean rooms.
