As for the frame, you can choose from aluminum and SUS as well as general steel with baking finishing. You can also select air blow volume of the installed clean unit for specific purpose. Classes 10,000-1,000 are available.

High-grade clean booth

Booths can be made from Class 100. Optional air shower and pass box are also available. It is also possible to design customized layout according to purpose and application.
